Personal Development Using the Wisdom of Horses in Nature
Missing, Grieving, and Creating Connection During the Coronavirus
This has been a VERY hard year.
All the things that I love have been put on hold, cancelled, or restricted. I often find myself angry about it~but underneath that anger is a deep sadness and a feeling of a profound loss. Being with the horses always brings me a greater sense of peace and clarity, and I think it can do that for you too.
We are also faced with great uncertainty. How long will this last? What if the vaccine doesn’t work? How do I feel connected with friends and family when I can’t hug them? Will life ever feel normal again?
Join me at a beautiful creekside farm among a herd of soulful horses to explore your feelings around the Coronavirus and how it has changed your life. Through guided meditation and groundwork exercises with the the horses, we’ll explore our feelings, our grief, and work together to create a sense of grounded-ness and peace.
Share the smells they smell, the sounds they make, the calm and playful space they inhabit. Horses are masters of Present Moment Awareness. They are 100% in the moment, 100% of the time. We’ll talk about how when we are stuck in the past or worried about the future, we cannot be present and, therefore, we cannot be connected. We’ll connect with them right where they live, and we’ll find their peace flow into us, right where we are.
Thursday and Friday, January 28 and 29
